We are delighted to announce another year of excellent results. 

This year, the Department for Education readjusted grade boundaries back up to their pre-pandemic levels, which makes these results even more impressive.

Congratulations to all our Year 11 and Year 13 students and thank you to our teachers; the results reflect all their hard work.

Year 11 Results 2023

Our Progress 8 score is 1.36, which places us in 13th position out of all secondary schools in the country!

Our Attainment 8 score is 64.9

75% of students entered the English Baccalaureate (EBacc) and our average point score is 6.16, well above the national average on both measures.

GCSE RESULTS

  • More than a third (36%) of all grades were 8-9
  • More than half (54%) of all grades were 7-9
  • 85% of all students achieved Grade 5 or above in GCSE English and Maths
  • 96% of all students achieved Grade 4 or above in GCSE English and Maths

 

VOCATIONAL RESULTS

  • Nearly two thirds (63%) of grades were Level 2 Distinction and above
  • All the grades were Level 2 Merit and above

We are delighted for our Year 13 graduates who achieved excellent grades.

A LEVEL RESULTS

  • One fifth (20%) of all grades were A*
  • Nearly half (47%) of all grades were A*and A
  • More than three quarters (78%) of all students achieved Grade B or above

 

VOCATIONAL RESULTS

  • 11% of grades were Distinction * and Distinction
