Assessment
- Learners will receive constant feedback from teacher as they progress at each stage of their project.
- Peer feedback will be encouraged to allow students to gain experience in dealing with client feedback
- Project will be graded on completion by teacher and Mrs Abrahams. Learners will receive certificates with their grade
How we support learning:
- Verbal feedback on all assessments including targets for improvement
- Online Feedback from “In-app” testing allows pupils to identify and recognise their weak points and work to improve them.
- Providing more detailed written guidance for lower ability students
- Offering individual teacher support in the classroom as required
- Provide personalised support outside the classroom as necessary
How parents can support learning:
- Provide access to personal computer at home with appropriate software
- Encourage computer use at home
- Support homework activities for other subjects using computer
- Encourage learners to discuss their chosen project and see it at each stage of the design process
