· Students need to study at least 5 different cultures and artists to inspire them with ideas for their own design · At least 10 linear drawings of different designs · Two different motif linear drawings · Final design painted in acrylic paint

· Learning proportions and dimensions of the body in linear form · Making a mannequin using tin foil and mod rock focusing on measurements.
· Learning proportions and dimensions of the face. · Shading of the face. · Using clay, sculpting the features.

· Refresher course on measuring proportion and dimensions of an object, focusing on shape and form. · Shading objects. · Colour marking. |
How we support learning:
- Each student is given individual attention times which vary according to each student’s ability and understanding of the topic she is studying.
- Students are always welcomed outside of the classroom as necessary.
- Lower ability students have teacher support where necessary.
- Students vary with their ability and are encouraged individually to extend their knowledge according to their level, to produce work of a higher standard.
